#CPAFallRecruit2015 Where Do I Find Unofficial Transcripts?

Unofficial transcripts are required to accompany all positions that you apply for through CPA Fall Recruit. While the DAP office does not issue transcripts, there are a couple of ways you can create your own:

  1. Create from an official transcript (preferred)
Official transcripts are ordered through the Student Service Centre (SSC). You can find more information on how to order official transcripts here: http://students.ubc.ca/enrolment/records/transcript.Once you’ve received your official transcript, you can photocopy your transcript to create a hard-copy unofficial transcript, or you can scan your transcripts to create an electronic unofficial transcript.

Official transcripts are printed with security features, so regardless of whether you photocopy or scan your official transcripts, the unofficial transcript produced will most likely have some markings to indicate that the transcript is a copy.

  2. Print your Grades Summary through the Student Service Centre
Once you’ve logged into SSC, select the “Your Grades Summary” link from the home page.   From here, you’ll see a list of the grades for all courses completed at UBC.   Select the Print option from the top of the page.   If you have a PDF writer on your computer, you should be able to create a PDF of Your Grades Summary through the Print function.   Alternatively, you can print off a hard copy of Your Grades Summary to create a hard-copy unofficial transcript, or if an electronic unofficial transcript is required, scan this printout to create an electronic version
