As a reminder, if you plan to request an opt-out from the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan, the deadline to do so is this upcoming Tuesday, September 27th. You can find instructions on how to request an opt-out on the Opt-Out page of the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan website.  Please be reminded that this fee is considered payable until your opt-out is requested and approved.
